Google plans to keep prices steady for its upcoming Pixel 10 smartphone series in Europe, according to recent leaks from reliable industry sources. The decision comes at a time when many smartphone manufacturers have been gradually increasing prices across their flagship lineups.
Expected to launch at a “Made by Google” event on August 20, 2025, the Pixel 10 family will maintain the same price points as last year’s Pixel 9 series in European markets. The base Pixel 10 is set to start at €899 (approximately $799 in the US), the Pixel 10 Pro at €1,099, and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold at €1,899.
“With smartphone prices sneaking up across the various portfolios, Google retaining the pricing on the Pixel family can be seen as an aggressive push to hold prices as low as possible across the ecosystem,” notes industry analyst Ewan Spence.
The only notable price adjustment affects the Pixel 10 Pro XL model, which will now start at 256GB of storage for €1,299 instead of offering a 128GB entry option. This effectively raises the starting price compared to last year’s Pixel 9 Pro XL, which began at €1,199 for 128GB.
Color options will vary by model and storage capacity. The Pixel 10 will come in Obsidian, Frost, Indigo, and Lemongrass. The Pro models will be available in Obsidian, Porcelain, Moonstone, and a limited Jade variant, while the Pro Fold will offer just Moonstone and Jade.
All four devices will be powered by Google’s new Tensor G5 processor, which marks the company’s first fully in-house chip design produced by TSMC using an advanced 3nm process. Early benchmark tests suggest improved performance over the previous Tensor G4, though some concerns remain about how it will compare to competitors using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

Camera improvements are expected across the lineup, with the base Pixel 10 reportedly gaining a triple rear camera setup with a telephoto lens. The Pro models will feature a 50MP primary camera, 48MP ultrawide with macro capabilities, and a 48MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom.
While European pricing remains stable, US pricing might still be affected by ongoing tariffs. Google has not commented officially on pricing, and consumers will need to wait until the August launch for confirmation.
